1. Registration/Participation

In order to participate in the draw, at least all of the data specified as mandatory in the form must be provided. The responsibility for changes to this data, in particular the address and e-mail address, lies with the participant.

2. Eligible Participants

All exhibitors of the Transparent Pudel 2021 who are older than 18 years are eligible to participate.

3. Other Conditions of Participation

Participation is only possible via the Internet. Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from Mak Dodan – ProDog (hereinafter referred to as the organizer). By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition or by a specific date at the latest.

4. Winner Determination & Entry Deadline

The competition ends on June 3rd, 2023. The deadline for participation is 11:59 p.m. The winner will be determined by random drawing.

5. Profit

A shooting worth €99 will be raffled. Winners will be notified via email within two weeks of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, they will lose all entitlement to win. The winner will also be published on our social media platforms and on our website.

6. Governing Law

The competition is exclusively subject to Austrian law.

7. Termination Opportunities

The organizer reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned for any reason, such as software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons affecting administration, security, integrity and/or affect the regular and proper conduct of the competition. In such cases, the Promoter also has the right to modify the Sweepstakes at its discretion.

8. Privacy

In order to participate in the competition, you must provide personal data. The participant expressly agrees that the data transmitted by him/her will be collected and processed for the implementation and processing of the competition. The participant also agrees that he may receive messages in connection with the organizer on the e-mail address he has provided. In the event of a revocation, the participant will be excluded from the competition. The entire privacy policy can be accessed here. Facebook has no connection with this competition. Facebook is not a contact person for the competition. The legal process is excluded.

9. Legal Recourse and Liability

The legal process is excluded. There is no enforceable right to the payment of winnings. The organizer is not liable for the loss, lateness, delay, alteration, manipulation and/or misdirection of e-mails and/or data in data entry, collection, transmission and/or storage, which caused them in external data networks, in particular the Internet or the WWW, in external telephone lines and/or other hardware and/or software of the participants and/or third parties; this applies in particular to incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. The organizer is also not liable for incorrect information that is caused by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software and that is used for the competition or is related to it. In particular, no liability is assumed if e-mails or data input do not meet the requirements set out there and are consequently not accepted and/or accepted by the system. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable in the event of theft or destruction of the systems and/or storage media storing the data or in the event of unauthorized change and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or on the storage media by the participants or third parties. Otherwise, the organizer is only liable for gross negligence or intentional actions by its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damage suffered by the winner or relatives of the winner in connection with the prize. The above exclusion of liability does not apply if liability is mandatory, e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health or breach of essential contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the violation of essential contractual obligations is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, unless liability is assumed for intent or gross negligence or for injury to life, limb or health. A change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the participant is not associated with the above regulations.

10. Severability Clause

Should a provision of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, organizers and participants are obliged to cooperate in the creation of provisions that achieve a result that comes as close as possible to the economic result of the ineffective provision.
